- No. QuickBooks Online stays your ledger. We handle roster, dues, portal, notices and the treasurer pack, and write everything to QuickBooks.
- Our books are in a spreadsheet.
- That's most boards. You'll set up QuickBooks Online (from about $35/mo) and we'll import your owners and balances.
- Do we have to change banks?
- No. Owners pay by ACH or card; funds settle to your existing account.
- What does ACH really cost?
- The bank's fee, passed through at cost: 0.8% of the payment, capped at $5. The owner pays it at checkout, the board pays nothing, and we keep none of it.
- Can we edit the late-notice wording?
- Yes. Every template is yours, and you can print-and-mail from the same screen.
- Who answers when something breaks?
- A person, by e-mail, the same day. No chatbot, no paid support tier.
